BOOK 1 POST 1

How I Killed Pluto and Why it Had it Coming

Have you ever dreamed of being an astronaut? No? Well, I have. The autobiography I have chosen is not about becoming an astronaut, but it is close enough; it is about space exploration. The book in question is How I Killed Pluto and Why It Had It Coming by Mike Brown. I chose it because I am interested in outer space, and this book seemed interesting.

I would like to get an explanation of why Pluto is not a planet anymore out of the book. However, I also want to know why finding another planet made both planets declassed into giant dwarfs. So far, the book blends humor and science very well, and it clearly explains every discovery between the beginning of Mike Brown’s career and the demotion of Pluto, even though I am not there yet. There is also a bit of drama because of competitors trying to steal Mike Brown's discoveries, which makes the book even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend it.
